Robert Owusu III is a New York-based, Ghanaian-American contemporary artist. His use of mediums such as neon glass, photography, videography, garments, and digital art are all influenced and driven by intimate ideological conversations. Robert’s goal is to continue to innovate concepts that leave imprints on our current paradigm that represent millennial and African-American culture.

“As a creative, I seek to continuously create an emotive dialogue between the nostalgia of millennials and the wisdom of the more mature. I make art for those who accept and participate in black culture regardless of what race someone is.I want my authentici- ty and transparency of concepts to be relatable to the spectrum of all ages. To be able to communicate my sense of the world for someone to understand is all the satisfaction I need because nothing is worse than truth untold.”
