All aboard the Accra Art & Culture tour, the preferred and official Art tour organised in partnership with the Ghana Tourism Authority. The tour takes visitors through conventional and unconventional destinations. From historical museums to contemporary art galleries and studios. Discover Accra through its rich cultural art scene. Meet the gallerists, artists, and change agents putting Accra on the global art map.
Itinerary:
- 9:00 am – Meeting at the National Museum
- 10:45 am – National Theatre
- 11:00 am – Black star square
- 11:35 am – Ghana Club
- 12:00 pm – Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum
- 13:00 pm – James fort + Usher fort + Lighthouse
- 14:00 pm – Lunch @ Jamestown Boutique
- 15:30 pm – Gallery 1957
- 16:30 pm – Artists Alliance
- 17:30 pm – Dot.ateliers (Amoako Boafo studio)
- 8:00 pm – AMB Networking mixer @ Arthaus
